Memoki Terms of Use

Effective 2026-11-01.

Memoki is a free flashcard app for memorizing words and other subjects. By creating an account or using shared decks and the Friends section, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Egor Kotlyarov, Thailand.

Your account

• Use an email address that belongs to you. Your name and username must not impersonate anyone else or be offensive.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete Account.

Your content

The decks and cards you create remain yours. You allow us to store them on the server, sync them between your devices and show them to people you share a deck with. You are responsible for what you publish and confirm that you have the right to publish it.

What is not allowed

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in Memoki. You may not publish in decks, names or usernames, or do any of the following:

• insults, bullying, threats or harassment;
• hate speech or discrimination of any kind;
• pornography or sexually explicit content;
• incitement to violence, graphic violence, or promotion of terrorism, self-harm or drugs;
• other people’s personal data without their consent;
• material that infringes copyright or is otherwise illegal;
• spam, advertising or fraud;
• attempts to hack or disrupt the service or to get around a block.

Reports and blocking

• You can report a deck when you open it by code, and a user in the Friends section (swipe a friend → Report). You can also block a user there: they will no longer be able to add you as a friend and you will not see them.
• We review reports within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed, and the offending account is suspended or deleted.
• You can also report a violation by writing to support@memoki.cards.

Apple Intelligence suggestions and translation

Translations, example sentences and suggested answers are generated automatically on your device and may be inaccurate. Check them before you learn them.

The service

Memoki is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We may change the app’s features, and we will announce in advance if the server is ever shut down so you have time to keep your decks. Decks on your device keep working without the server.

App Store

If you downloaded Memoki from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the Memoki service and has no obligation to support it.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address and the date at the top will be updated. We will announce significant changes in the app.
